Michael Wight CEO (45)
Michael started his career in 1982, working for an international Relocation company buying stock properties for various National house builders under pioneering their part exchange scheme. Moving then into Estate Agency where the brief was to expand, make profitable a group prior to disposal to large financial institutions.

Michael then pursued other business interests in the leisure industry setting up a number of companies and disposing of these successfully before setting up a home delivery franchise.

Since 1993 Michael has ventured into many other businesses, including technology, construction, a company that acquires land for Care Villages and residential house building.

Michael has a strong grasp of technology, and the commercial acumen behind making Your Surface a commercial success.

Rob Bosher Sales and Marketing Director
Rob has worked for a number of large London agencies including Chime Communications PLC, and Mission PLC, working as the Head of digital marketing for subsidiary companies within the groups.

Rob has considerable digital experience of both online and offline communication which includes touch technologies. He founded Fluid TV in 1998, on online events company, Quintessence Ltd in 2009, an online reputation management company and We Shoul, a virtual web agency.

Rob provides strategic sales and marketing support to Your Surface and is a founder member.

Neil Dickinson Operations Director
Neil was part of the dynamic duo who founded Arcstream AV in 1995, and is Managing Director. He started work in the AV industry as a roadie developing into an AV, PA and Lighting technician.

His knowledge of AV and Multi-touch technology put him at the forefront of this revolution from an early stage, leading to him founding Your Surface in 2009. He has worked on everything from Elton John’s wedding through to some of the country’s leading experiential campaigns.

Neil’s technical expertise means he is constantly developing new products to suit clients’ needs.

Wayne Haxton Technical Director
Wayne worked alongside Neil to co-found Arcstream AV in 1995. His passion for the AV industry started when working as a sound technician touring with theatre shows, quickly followed by work on concerts, large laser shows and outdoor multi-media spectaculars worldwide.

From the Princess Diana Memorial Concert after show party through to retail concepts for Sony, Wayne’s technical expertise of Multi Touch technology is pivotal to the future positioning of Your Surface technology, while his creativity pushes the boundaries of what multi-touch can achieve.

Wayne is a founder of Your Surface.
